However, there are some exceptions: if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if disclosure is required by law (e.g., safeguarding concerns, court orders). I comply with GDPR regulations to ensure your personal data is handled securely and responsibly. This includes storing session notes safely and only collecting necessary information.
