Grief Therapy

Gentle guidance through loss and bereavement. Together, we’ll work toward understanding and healing, finding a way forward that honours your experience.

Loss can feel isolating, unpredictable, and deeply painful. Whether you are grieving a loved one, a pregnancy loss, or another significant change, your experience is valid, and your feelings matter. Therapy offers a space where you can process your grief in a way that feels right for you.

You might be:

  • Navigating the waves of loss and longing
  • Feeling numb, overwhelmed, or disconnected
  • Struggling with changes in relationships or daily life
  • Searching for ways to honour your loss while moving forward
  • Unsure of how to express or process complex emotions

Finding a Way Forward—At Your Own Pace

Grief is not something to “get over”—it’s something to carry in a way that feels lighter over time. Together, we’ll explore ways to process your loss, honor your emotions, and find meaning without pressure or expectation. Using compassionate, evidence-based approaches, we’ll work toward healing—on your terms.
